Accessibility & ADA Compliance Statement

Last Updated: December 15, 2025

SKYNAV is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe accessibility is a fundamental part of inclusive design and responsible technology development, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility of our website, platform, and AI-powered experiences.

Accessibility Standards & Compliance

SKYNAV strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are widely recognized as the industry standard for digital accessibility and are referenced by applicable accessibility regulations, including Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as comparable state and local requirements.

As of December 15, 2025, SKYNAV completed a comprehensive accessibility initiative to align our website and platform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. This effort includes enhancements across our core platform and our AI-powered feature, navi, to support accessible navigation, interaction, and content presentation.

Accessibility Practices & Governance

To support ongoing accessibility, SKYNAV has implemented the following measures:

  • Accessibility standards of WCAG 2.1 Level AA at a minimum
  • Regular accessibility training for consultants, designers, and developers
  • Accessibility validation as part of feature development and acceptance testing prior to release
  • Continuous review of existing content and functionality
  • Integration of accessibility considerations into new and evolving features, including AI-driven tools such as navi

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing operational responsibility and is incorporated into our development lifecycle rather than addressed as a one-time effort.

Ongoing Improvement & Good-Faith Efforts

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure our digital experiences are accessible, accessibility is an evolving discipline. Standards, technologies, assistive tools, and user needs continue to change. Accordingly, SKYNAV maintains a good-faith, continuous improvement approach to accessibility and periodically reviews and updates our platform to reflect emerging best practices.

While we encourage third-party providers to meet applicable accessibility standards, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content. Where feasible, we will work to provide accessible alternatives or mitigation solutions.

State-Specific Accessibility Compliance

-California

For users and clients in the State of California, SKYNAV’s accessibility efforts are intended to align with applicable state and federal requirements, including:

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • California Government Code §11135 (for state and state-funded entities)
  • The Unruh Civil Rights Act (California Civil Code §51 et seq.)

SKYNAV follows WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the recognized technical standard to support compliance with these laws and to provide meaningful access to digital content and services.

Other States & Public Entities

SKYNAV’s accessibility program is designed to scale across jurisdictions and supports compliance with comparable accessibility statutes, regulations, and executive orders adopted by other states, municipalities, and public agencies. Where state- or agency-specific accessibility requirements apply, SKYNAV makes reasonable, good-faith efforts to align with those requirements consistent with WCAG guidance and industry best practices.

ADA Safe-Harbor & Legal Disclaimer

SKYNAV’s accessibility efforts are based on current technical standards and guidance available at the time of implementation. While we strive to ensure accessibility across our digital properties, we do not warrant or guarantee that all content, features, or functionality will be fully accessible at all times or under all circumstances.

Accessibility standards and regulatory interpretations evolve, and certain legacy content, third-party materials, or dynamic features may present accessibility limitations despite our good-faith efforts. SKYNAV is committed to addressing accessibility concerns brought to our attention in a timely and reasonable manner.
